Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for your interest in our store. Please note the following:
- All sales are final.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products or gift cards.
- Reward points have no cash value and may not be transferred or combined.
- Performance of any service is at the sole discretion of our medical staff.
- If you are not an appropriate candidate for a service you have purchased, the purchase amount may be applied towards another service or products that are available on our store.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for store credit/exchange only if the package is unopened. All Returns on purchases over $100 are subject to a 5% service/restocking fee.
- For online purchases, the patient must return product in person or pay for a return label. Once the product is received, we will process the return.
- Per CA law, prescription products such as Latisse cannot be returned.
- Beauty Bar MD Membership are non-refundable.
